Founded in 2016 in Odessa, Ukraine by former maritime professionals E-CREWING provides crew manning (Agency Services, Full or Partial Crew Management) services. Using cutting edge IT technologies we managed to reduce our operational spendings to the market’s minimum, what allows us to provide high quality services at very competitive rates. Being insiders of shipping industry our recruiters are able to distill the right candidate for a specific vessel taking into account all specifics of the last. E-CREWING is fully certified in accordance MLC 2006 and ISO 9001:2015. We do achieve our goals by duly implemented quality management system and using best practices in the field of maritime recruitment.

Training parthners provide full range of maritime training courses including Bridge & Engine Team Resource management, ship specific ECDIS training using latest full mission simulators and training aids.

Medical examination center provides with full range of medical screening in full compliance with MLC 2006 and certified by major P & I clubs. In addition to routine medical screening & drug and alcohol testing, we do perform expanded blood testing (liver probs) for tankermen as required by Oil Majors.
